SoFlo Medical Center's medically supervised weight-management program is designed to provide individualized support based on your health history, goals, and clinical needs. Your visit begins with a medical evaluation to determine whether prescription weight-management treatment may be appropriate for you. When clinically indicated, the treatment plan may include a GLP-1-based medication along with nutrition, lifestyle, and follow-up support. Your program may include: • Medical consultation and screening • A personalized weight-management plan • Prescription treatment when medically appropriate • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance • Ongoing progress monitoring and follow-up GLP-1-based therapies may help some patients reduce appetite and support weight loss when used together with diet, physical activity, and medical supervision. Treatment is not appropriate for everyone, and medication selection and dosing are determined by a licensed medical provider after evaluation. Individual results vary.
